Subway

I had an online order with 2 subs. Very easy order. 1 sub was white bread, turkey, cheese and mayonnaise. 2nd was Italian herb and cheese, turkey, cheese, lettuce, pickles, onion and ranch. Got home with the order and they had the breads switched. My daughter is picky (why her sandwich was only turkey and cheese). I called them, very nice and respectful told them what happened and she said “I don’t recall the name”.. I said well I was just there and picked it up. She said let me print the ticket and then said well they are coming down really hard on us for the credits but if you want to bring the sandwich back I can remake it. I told her coming back now isn’t an option. She said come back in the morning with the sandwich and she would remake it. I told her that’s not happening I work at 6a

The person that made my daughter's sandwich understood milk allergy and make sure she changed her gloves before handling her sandwich that was really outstanding for that person I think her a thousand times

These girls and the one guy are the best sandwich artists in Bethel. Kind, creative and fun. I order from there weekly.

The girls who work there are so fun great service food is always fresh 😋 I'm a repeat customer highly recommend ☺️🥰

Probably the worst experience at a subway I've ever had, woman making the food/working the counter was super rude and mean! Sandwiches were barely even put together and 2/3 were wrong after making an online order, food was completed 15 mins after told time and refused to even refund me after I drove home 30 mins to and from and simply wasn't helpful because I didn't wanna drive another 30 mins.
