Domino's Pizza

Pizza was good, salad had a literal puddle of goo when I tried to remove the bad pieces

Kayla is the manager. I'f you wanna call her that . She hung up on me after explaining to her that my pizza was missing a topping and how my two year old with down syndrome, her favorite topping is bacon.And it was missing after ordering a five meat.Pizza told me that they would remake it, but it would take thirty minutes.Then, told me that I couldn't get a refund after being disrespected and hung up on. She explained to me that I wasn't the only one coming at her with complaints. They've been messing up all night. And that she couldn't do nothing unless I spoke to the owner fran tomorrow morning. Well, I'll be coming and talking to a fran tomorrow morning.

Thank you Franny for the company and the great pizza. Store was clean and holiday ready. It's always nice to see happy people in this hospitality business. Thank you for saving me a few dollars on my food also. The OG of pizzas and that's gangsta

Always a great experience at the Bethel location but today was exceptional! I ordered our food from the Batavia location by mistake. When I went into Bethel Dominos to pick up I realized what I had done, the manager tried to call Batavia to see what could be done. I decided to just make the drive to Batavia and pick up our food. The manager ran out to my car to catch me and happily said they would remake my food there for no additional cost! It was rainy, foggy out and she did not want our dinner to be cold! Within 15 minutes a nice gentleman brought my order out to my car!

Been going here for years. Great service, great people, and great food! I only wish my house was in the delivery zone. Franny and Josh are awesome!
