Papa Johns Pizza

We used to be loyal To Marco’s until we visited this Papa John’s. The new pan pizza is fantastic and I also like their steak bogies. Service is always fast and friendly. Great local pizza place.

This place was amazing when it opened for about a month or two. The last couple orders have not been a good experience. The pizza we ordered today was not only barely above room temperature, which the delivery lady stated was from the delay caused by her car breaking down, and was understandable. We heated it in the oven at 350 for 5 minutes and found that pizza is doughy and definitely under cooked. The crust was not risen as it should be. We got the pizza in a little over an hour. The time is not the issue. The issue is receiving undercooked food, especially when you have kids under 3. That is completely not okay. My son had already ate the bulk of his piece before we found this. We will not be ordering from this location anymore and will not recommend it to others. That is not cheese in

Hands down the best papajohns location I've ever been to. Had bad experiences at multiple Columbus and Dayton locations in the past but decided to give Bethel a try. After multiple orders all being perfectly prepared I had to hop on here and give you guys a good review. Keep up the quality and I'll keep coming back 😀 Pics show 3 different spot on orders.

Had an amazing customer service experience here today with patience she made sure to have a smooth transaction and made sure my order was quick and fresh will definitely be ordering here again!! When I’m in town!!
