Subway

I am regular at Subway and complaint to them about Berkeley Springs. Both my packed sandwiches were made so bad that see it yourself. Very disappointed and shame to Subway. I agreed to replace the veg patty with chicken and rest all remain same as manager said they don't have veg. patties. Shame on them.

Horrible experience here i ordered two subs wich came with the bread was just uncooked dough then when I drove all the way back they refused to fix it or give me a refund and now I'm out 20 bucks cause they refuse to help. Never again.

I've been here many times and spent hundreds of dollars on gas and a lot of money on sandwiches and two different times I've had Subway staff be rude to me There's a couple people there that are really nice and then the other day I encountered a different person an older woman and she didn't smile she didn't look like she even wanted to be there and I try to be nice to everybody and she mumbled something to me at the end like here's your sandwich or whatever and I said how come people don't say thank you anymore and she practically yelled at me and said "I said it TWICE!"And I didn't say how come you didn't thank me, anyway I apologized for not hearing her if she allegedly said it I just didn't hear her And I was very kind and said please don't be upset at me. Bad customer service. DO NOT GO THERE TO GET YOUR SUB IN PERSON. I was told that they attend online orders as a priority, specifically in the afternoon hours which is ridiculous. Employees do not acknowledge that you are waiting for your sub. Employees needs more customer service training. Reason that they're are rude and do not apologize at all. The manager is not anywhere to be found. This is the only Subway in Berkeley Springs town. I am not getting a sub from this establishment anymore. PLEASE GO TO Hancock Maryland, to get your subway that has better a customer service. No idea if the owner knows about this food establishment. I would love to have a conversation with the owner to let him know what is happening with this establishment.

I'm not normally one to complain, but went in to get 1 sub, with no one else in the store. The girl/boy working then informs me they will be with me when they finish the online order that came in. They then proceed to make 4+ subs while making me wait 15 mins. Needless to say I left without ordering, this Subway has been getting worse and worse and your employees are being paid way to much for being absolutely worthless, EXCEPT for the couple older ladies that have been working there for years, they are absolutely awesome. But feel free to tell me you just handle orders by what comes first, it's just ridiculous you make someone wait (someone in person) for someone who is just coming in to pick their food up at a later time.
