HOLY. I MAY be biased, but I just had the shittiest day of my life, and I go here, and order a meatball marinara as usual. I already love it, it's delicious, but the GUY WHO MADE IT FREAKING SNOWED PARM ON IT, DROWNED IT IN MARINARA, AND FILLED IT TO THE BRIM WITH MEATBALLS. BEST EXPERIENCE EVER. The food is almost always good, and the cookies are usually fresh from at most that morning, the employees here are quality over quantity, and do their jobs great. The only minor complaint is the place isn't SUPER clean, and there's plenty of things that could easily be replaced or moved (like the countless signs), but very minor nitpick.

Every time we order our cheese is put on the bread instead of the meat, when it's toasted it makes the bread incredibly tough to eat. Please advise your employees on the correct assembly for the sandwiches as I know there is a protocol that is to be followed.

Empoyees did not know the base ingredients of the sandwich and my order ended up being only the extras I ordered. I have been trying for approx. 2 years for this store to come around and its just not happening. I think that's going to be it for me. Management issue.

My wife and I split a footlong RB when we buy at Subway. Probably bought 100 of em over last 10 years. Latest one (last week) will be our last. Wow, what a drop off in quality …. bread and meat, and no pepper jack cheese mid day.

Does the owner have issues keeping people at work here? They never open after work anymore. Signs all over the place. If you have to post signs everywhere, you got a leadership problem. Getting ridiculous here with hours. I will happily remove this review if there is a reasonable explanation
