Subway

It was good in the past but recently its just been bad and displeasing to eat

About 2:10 pm on August 31st 2025 . The lady had a terrible attitude towards wanting to switch the chips that they don’t have an option for on the app . Proceeded to snatch the chips I didn’t want out of my hand . The girl sweeping was nice though .

Can’t order in store due to no coupons being accepted ordered online for them to mess up my order not talking about one sandwich talking all three were wrong

I ordered to go tonight. I am not one to complain however, the bread did not taste fresh. The meatballs were burnt and dry and there was little to no toppings on my sandwich and basically no marinara. The customer service was not great and I felt as though I was a bother to the cashier. Most of the time when I go in the food and customer service is great this time I was so disappointed. My mom works at a subway half an hour a way and they always honor online coupons and the food is always fresh and the quality is good. I guess I will be making a drive to get subway in the future.

I normally don't complain however I ordered 2 hours ahead of time and it took money off my card. I also called ahead and asked about it. They never called to say it never went through yet my card said it took money off. Aftwards I thought maybe my card was bad so I used another. It wouldn't go through. The app takes years to load. Not bad employees but a horrible app. After the entire mess I asked if I could use their sale that was on the app in person and they couldn't. So I wound up spending double what i would have
