The newer looking girl that was working this morning was super rude. I had order two bakery items and yes they didn't have it but as I wasn't gonna get a refund, I wanted to replace them and She said I see you get these all the time with suchs attitude that wasn't need. I'm sorry I like them? I figured you know they would want us to buy from that company. Love the older ladies pretty nice. These little girls tho gotta go.

When my husband and I approached the counter, the lone employee was washing dishes right in front of us. We waited patiently, not long, before Susan turned around to help us, directly leaving the dish water, no hand washing. We placed our order and she reached for the cups. I asked her pleasantly if she could please wash her hands. Her response was I just took them out of dish water. I said, "yes, dirty dish water" She made a throughly disgusted face, stepped over to the other sink and proceeded to do something there, I hope washed her hands. She had that look throughout the process. We received our drinks and headed home. 2 large mocha lattes, $14. They taste like the dirty dish water. Just awful. Kudos to my favorite barista Kylie at Aurora location Starbucks! She always makes my Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso so perfect! She is friendly and prompt every single time I’m in there. She even took time to change out the lid on my daughters Iced Carmel Macchiato because the first one wasn’t sealing properly. Her great attitude made my day!!!!

Horrible service. Stood at the counter for 20 minutes then watched the manager send the third worker to take trash out instead of taking the line of orders. They do not know what to properly prioritize. Will not be returning.

I usually have a great experience here. Today the young lady working at 2:00 pm. Was very unfriendly, looked annoyed, acted put out by doing her job, and didn't even make the correct drink. There was no line so she was not busy. I did not have her correct my drink as I did not want to "bother/put her out" even more. About half way to Mount Vernon my husband tried his caramel macchiato and it did not have much flavor. Today was probably the worst experience I have ever had at a Starbucks.
