Worker refused me service at 8:45 pm when it clearly says on the door they are open till 9 and lied and told me the register was shut down I know this is a lie because I have come in at this time before and have also seen people come in up till 9pm if your "closed" y isn't the door locked just cause the employee wants to go home doesn't mean you can refuse service to a customer

The workers where on there phone sitting in the back not pay attention when I walked in the bacon was slimy the green pepper were yellow and sub just wasn’t good at all

Owner is incompetent and when he realized he made a mistake and gave my order to someone else he refused to make my sandwich order for me even though I already paid and there was no way to cancel my order through the app! Absolutely terrible customer service never had that happen to me before!

I came in the day after Christmas and the owner started yelling at me (and continued to yell) because I didn’t answer him fast enough. I wouldn’t have known he was the owner if he didn’t say he was, but had no uniform on so how would I have known. I’m a very quiet shy girl, so the fact I was treated this way only seconds after entering is awful! I walked out immediately. I’ll avoid Subway in general after this.

The employees here might need a lesson on reading or a refresher course on how to make a sandwich. Man i ordered a footlong and a 6 inch Both made the same exact way. But instead i received 2 six inches…. Wrapped separately. Missing a whole 1/2 of a sandwich. Maybe you’re thinking I put it in wrong. I double checked and even my receipt says it right. Maybe have the manager review and double check the employees before they wrap it to go. I’m frustrated because it says it on the slip…
