2nd time visiting for same item funnel fries. Ordered 4 orders . Paid for them. She came back 10 mins later to say she only has enough for 1 order. I said ok she comes back again to say she has enough for 2 orders again I say ok. She then tells me the refund will have to be in cash. Again I say ok no problem. Tell me why this lady give me the order I look inside she done cut up the damn funnel fries to funnel mini bites smh! Then she asked is there anything else to replace the 4th order I said cup of corn. I’m just assuming she may not have the cash for the refund. When she gives me the corn. I ask her since when do the funnel fries come mini bite size. She says oh no those are just what’s left. Ma’am I just paid full price for crumbs? SMH NEVER AGAIN WILL WE SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS. I love

Ordered through DoorDash on Sunday, January 18 and spent over $50, but only received three items. The items we did receive did not look anything like the pictures advertised. We were not notified that most of our order was out of stock until right before the DoorDash driver arrived. Had we known sooner, we would have canceled the order. This was very frustrating and disappointing, especially after placing a large order. I called to speak with someone about the issue and while the gentleman I spoke with was polite, all that was offered was an apology with no effort to resolve the situation or make it right. Overall, this experience was very discouraging and not what I would expect after spending that amount of money.

Who sells a cucumber unpeeled and then dipped so the chamoy or Lucas can't stick to it? Shaved ice was also supposed to be mangonada and its mixed with something else. Would not recommend.

I had not been here before and found it by accident. I am so happy I did. They have a pretty good variety to cover any craving you may have. I thought it was going to take a while to make my order but they had everything ready fairly quickly. Everything was so delicious. I really love that they have a small play area for younger children and tables so you can eat while they play. Definitely check this place out.

I’ve gone and never had a bad experience until now. I paid full price for pickle Rita only to get 1/3 of a cup filled with shaved ice and topped with pickles. I get you will run out of stuff but at least give me the courtesy of telling me you are out of it and give me the option to get something else or offer me a refund. This is just unacceptable. I wasn’t offered either option. I will be going somewhere else from now on.
