Stomping Grounds Coffee House: Drive Thru

Our coffee was amazing!! The vibes were immaculate. Staff were super friendly, and helpful. My husband wanted more of something in his coffee and they were very willing and got it for him right away. I’d recommend this spot for anyone looking for a cute coffee spot for meetings, studying or just to grab a quick cup 🤎

For the drive-thru location on Division and Kelly in Gresham: Service is fine, no real ambience since its a drive-thru. Every drink they serve tastes the same. Doesn't really taste like coffee at all. Even when the syrups or additions are different or absent in drip coffee. Not the best tasting. They're beans are roasted very light, giving their coffee a very light, sour and watered down taste, more on the "fruity" side. Not dark or even medium roasted coffee at all. If youre used to starbucks who roasts almost everything dark, then you probably wont like it. Or if you just like a strong taste of coffee in general. Not really happening here. Wonderful little coffee house with a great lunch menu!! So glad we found it. Beautifully designed space that is both modern and warm. Our coffee drinks were carefully prepared by the owner and they were excellent. There is a lot of care happening here. Perfect location on the way to/from the mountains or if you need a stop close to the 84.

The Stomping Grounds drive through is my favorite place to get coffee in Gresham! The staff are always very friendly and accommodating to whatever kind of drink I order. Many times they have monthly specials that I like to tweak. For instance this time I got an iced mocha with lavender cold foam-so yummy! There are also a variety of alternative milks that you can get. They also have different specials going on throughout the week. Fridays are my favorite because it’s $1 off drinks for teachers and students. If a line starts to build up and 2 staff are working, they will come out and take orders to speed things along which I appreciate. They also offer punch cards-buy 10 drinks and the 11th is free.
