Steak 'n Shake

It's been quite awhile since I've gone to a Steak N Shake, but we were in the vicinity and wanted something different. We pulled into the (EMPTY) drive thru, and took a moment to decide what we wanted before pulling around to the speaker box. We were curly acknowledged and told to "look over the menu" - which we did some more while we waited to be able to place our order. Again, it was Empty. As we sat, nearly long enough for me to decide we should just go elsewhere, a line of 4 other cars built up behind us - at which point we were finally given the opportunity to order. Again, it was the same unwelcoming and irritated sounding individual. Not to be discouraged, having waited this long already, we placed our orders and pulled around. I had the Garlic single steak burger and fries. The garlic sauce they have on that burger was absolutely delicious. And the garlic butter on tops of the bun top it off perfectly. The woman who took my order was very kind and made sure everything was correct on our order! This was a mother daughter lunch with my mom, grandmother, my step daughter, my husband, and myself. My grandmother had the same thing I did and normally she doesn’t eat all her food and take some home but not this time! We also got milk shakes I got chocolate my grandmother got strawberry and my step daughter gotten cookies and cream. They were quite cooling for such a hot day! Our waitress was a delight as well making sure our table was good to go. We had went on Friday the 6th.

Unflushed toilet. Broken urinal. All these can be forgiven, but not letting me pay in Bitcoin 🙄 Don't blame the staff. They tried. The MANAGER stepped in the way.

Ordered some shakes via Door Dash. They were delicious! Had the Reese and the Oreo. The consistency was very good. I loved the Oreo and really liked the Reese. Shared them with my girlfriend, and she preferred the Oreo as well. I have been inside and the place is nice with good service... at least a couple years ago! I believe their shakes are a little better than Sonic because they taste more natural. I definitely recommend if you want a sweet treat!

Very pleasant experience staff was friendly and professional. Food was tasty and hot this location you order first then grab a seat and then they bring you the food. Extremely thick milkshake 😋 delicious
