Steak Bros. Cheesesteaks and Fries

Fantastic service and delicious food, got the cheesesteak which was well served and executed, with crispy clean fries. The fries tasted fresh as they should, clean oil. Thank you, I’d recommend this place!

The food is fantastic! The cheesesteak is one of the best I've ever had. The Fries are solid. The mac n cheese is also good (although reminds me a little bit of Panera Bread...better though). The lady at the front counter was so sweet and incredibly hospitable as it was our first time eating at Steak Bros. We were impressed and would definitely recommend a visit! Only minor negative, is there are only about 10 seats in the place and you pretty much have to do takeout as it is tight. We ate in the shop, but it was tight.

The cheesesteak hoagie I ordered for pickup was more depressed than the server who cashed me out. Cold meat, no cheese, public school quality bread, near death lettuce…very depressing. My girlfriend wouldn’t even let me feed the other half of the sandwich to the goats down the street. This cheesesteak isn’t even worth goat feed.

For a cheesesteak, fries and 16 oz. Bottle of coke was $28.50. I thought that was a bit high. Fries were $8 and we're not good. They had a chewyness and no flavor. The cheesesteak was served on a delicious fresh sarcone roll and was absolutely delicious. The meats texture was perfect. VERY VERY cheesy and messy though. I didn't finish the fries or the sandwich, only because 1/2 of the sandwich was filling. I threw away the fries. This cheesesteak was absolutely mouthwatering and delicious however. I just wish I didn't get the fries. Lots and lots of napkins needed though.

As someone who grew up on, and loves philly cheesesteaks, paradoxically/admittedly I'm not a snob: I find it hard to get a cheesesteak around here that isn't at least pretty good. While not a snob, however, I am attuned to the hard-to-find high-end of the range (e.g., Dalessandro's; South St. Jim's location). This place knocked me over. Outstanding flavor from both meat and roll. So delic that my 2 kids (one of whom doesn't like steak) devoured their portions:).
