Trattoria San Nicola

It's been a very long time since we've been here even though we live in eight minute walk from it. Greatly enjoyed our evening and it was fun to be in a place that was jampacked with people enjoying it as well. Food selection was fantastic. Drink selection was fantastic. Service was outstanding. This will now become one of our staple restaurants and not just for big nights out.

The atmosphere is fantastic. The servers where great especially David!! The food from appetizers, entrée, and desserts were amazing. Also great potions sizes. I will definitely go here again and again.

Though it was our server's 2nd day, he still provided excellent service and had plenty of knowledge about the menu and specials. Everything we had was fantastic, specifically the squid ink lobster ravioli and the limoncello tartufo. The seat was perfect as it was quiet yet accessible. I have always heard wonderful things about this place and I can confirm they have all been accurate. The food is fantastic, the portions are HUGE, and the service and atmosphere are warm and welcoming. I would absolutely recommend and fully intend to return in the near future.

Our dinner was wonderful! Attentive staff, and freshly prepared food. The menu had many different options that weren't just your regular Italian options. Fried calamari was tender, and Pasta Gorgonzola was very tasty, with just the right amount of smoked salmon. The special, Linguine Carbonara, wasn't too heavy, and was tasty, as well. Portion sizes were good. The rolls were fresh and crusty, served with olive oil and butter. The Tiramisu was delightful.

I have been there twice and today was the first time in 6 years yet the food was delicious. The host was very friendly and very happy to see us when we walked in. After brief conversation you were set at our table it probably greeted by our server and soon we placed our order which arrived rather quickly. The environment is peaceful with soft music playing. It was not very crowded for lunch. I had the soup de fazool and chicken piccata with mixed vegetables and my counterpart had the crab soup and shrimp pasta. We cannot wait to return
