This is hands down the best sourdough I have ever had, and I've had a lot of sourdough. I'm gluten sensitive, so I'm very picky about the quality of the sourdough that I eat. Not only does it digest super well for me, but it is SO delicious!!!! It's so moist and has a great flavor.

Talk about first class bread! I have had some a few times. And cannot wait to have it again soon! Wonderful.
