This was my first experience working with a CPA. The initial consultation was professional, informative, and very positive, which made me feel comfortable moving forward. There was ultimately a misunderstanding on my part regarding when fees would apply if I chose not to file after the return was prepared. While that part was disappointing, Matt was responsive, helpful, and took the time to listen to my concerns. We were able to reach a resolution. Overall, a professional team — I would simply recommend that new clients clarify upfront that fees apply once documents are submitted and tax preparation has started, even if you decide not to file your return with Panda.
