Starbucks

I purposely try to avoid this location whenever possible. The staff is always friendly and I’ve never had an issue with their customer service, but the wait times are consistently unreasonable. Waiting 20 minutes for a coffee is unreal. Every single time I visit, I end up waiting at least 10–15 minutes minimum, even when I place a mobile order ahead of time. I’m currently in the drive-thru at 1:30 in the afternoon and the line is six cars deep and barely moving. There’s another Starbucks about 13 minutes down the road, and I could drive there and have my coffee ready before this location would even get through this line. This location really needs to address the efficiency of their service because the delays make it not worth stopping here.

We've noticed the past few years this location getting slower, and at peak times terrible. Today the drive through wrapped around 202 so my daughter went in. 30 minutes later I went in. Even though 7 employees mass confusion. I asked for refund as we were late, they gave us 2 gift cards but there was no credit on them. As we were leaving I could hear the manager say did you load the cards but we were out of time. Why pay triple for Starbucks. Do they not want revenue, why are they so slow to transact business.

The convenience of this Starbucks cannot be beat. Its proximity to my salon and preferred Marshall’s is great— surely it will be close to something convenient to your life too! However, the window times can be quite long depending on what crew is working the drive through, and the line can back up and take an exceedingly long time (15+ minutes). Fine if you’re out shopping with friends, less fine if you’re, for instance, trying to make a hair appointment. Finally, for reasons beyond my understanding, they are fairly frequently out of most of their food items by 11 AM. It’s more than possible there’s good reasons for this, but one can’t help but wonder why they don’t simply order more food. This store needs a new manager and wayyyy more employees- I have come here on three separate occasions and it takes 20 min to get w coffee every time. And right now, 330 on a Saturday the cars are wrapped around the building in the drive thru- about 12 cars waiting. And they have a total of 3 employees working.

It’s never any consistency at this location. This is supposed to be double berry matcha… where’s the berry??
