Starbucks

I ordered venti iced Americano but it looked like a just dripped coffee because I couldn’t see a light layer of crema and the cup had no order label attached.

This store would NOT give me a free refill on a plain iced coffee because I didn't order a plain iced coffee to begin with. My original order was an iced white mocha coffee and was $2 more than a plain iced coffee. To clarify I didn't ask for a refill on my original order just the free one that is plain that Starbucks markets free refills on and I was told "No". Know your own policies Starbucks! I wouldn't stop here again. Just go down the road for better service.

The drinks were like 90 percent ice and barely anything else in it. They were not even busy but still really rude. Their attitude was not at all nice. I haven’t had drinks with so much ice at any other starbucks yet.

Employees are so friendly and neatly maintained coffee area. The best out of lot of Starbucks on the way from Austin area to Texas Could also use restroom as mother’s lounge if required. It’s that much cleaner.

Terrible customer service.. I walked in and the store and it was empty and no one had the courtesy to ask me if I needed something. The person making the drinks just stared at me, but never approach me very rude customer service. Until somebody came out from the back, after a good minute because They were too busy talking. In the back..
