Czech Stop

A truly wonderful place to buy delicious, high-quality baked goods. Fast service and an huge variety of pastries to choose from. They also have frozen options, many kinds of Czech sausages, and natural jams. This place is an absolute hidden gem right off the highway: a real diamond you don’t expect to find.

Saw the rave reviews on social media about this place so we decided to stop on our way to Fort Worth. SO WORTH THE DRIVE! This place was absolutely incredible! So many choices for kolaches, sausages, sandwiches, etc. Just about anything your heart desires. Will definitely be back on our way through again. It is a MUST stop! Friendly staff as well.

First, thank you for being the best food pitstop whenever we're driving from Dallas to Austin or College Station. Absolutely delicious kolaches. Second, thank you for your help with our Wedding Event! We love your kolaches so much that we placed a big order for our Wedding Weekend, and our friends and family loved them. So I made the stop on the way down I-35. I got a savory kolache and sweet from both places in West that are considered the best. I prefer Czech Stop kolache. The sausage and cheese was perfectly melted and delicious. I also grabbed a pumpkin cream cheese. I like the bread as it was soft and slightly sweet. Both were delicious. This place is basically Kolache and nothin else.

Having recently been to CR & Prague, 🇨🇿 getting to finally experience this total hidden gem was definitely worth it. Enjoyed the sausage & cheese kolaches, pepper jack kolaches, lemon cookies, a chocolate chip pastry, strawberries & crème pastry, & a box of jalapeño cheddar biscuits, all for only $25. Each item is prepped & served w/ love for all to enjoy.
