Starbucks

Ordered a white mocha with peppermint hot first one was on ice the second on they made tasted awful like just milk and peppermint would not go there again

I'm usually a Biggby person but I tried Starbucks for the first time and I'm pretty sure I have a new favorite drink and coffee place... the mocha cookie crumble frap is my favorite

The girls love family fare starbucks. Only thing is the dairy free for my daughter with allergies has went up about a dollar more. So a large was over $7 with coconut milk. But its not an everyday so not a big deal.

I asked for light ice and the manager told her to just fill half the cup with ice cause “it’s barely noticeable”. And as I walked away a girl said she wrote “have a GREAT day” sarcastically on my cup.

Could've given 5 starts but two employees took away from perfection. Tell them to smile and say"hi" or "how may I help you?". This week, each time I've walked in those two employees will NOT take my money, or order or even a nod. It's happened in numerous occasions. Only reason why I'm even leaving a review. Teach them customer service skills and I really don't want to hear them making Starbucks the fault of their error in pricing.
