Starbucks

Super friendly service and my drink was delicious. I only gave four stars because the service was a little slow but they’re getting better. It takes time with new baristas.

I have always had friendly staff. I went as soon as they opened and things have improved over the last couple weeks, I waited to leave a review until they've gotten settled in and adjusted to the new location. The drink I normally get is an iced shaken espresso with customizations and it tastes great! I'm so glad we have a drive thru Starbucks in Hampton Cove finally!

I ordered a venti iced white chocolate mocha with vanilla sweet cream, cold foam caramel drizzle and it tastes nothing like it is supposed to it was just like drinking bitter coffee. Was very disappointed in my order, tried saying thank you, hello, smile on my face, and these employees don't even give you the time of the day, they do not have a smile on their face, they're just non friendly, not a welcoming environment. And unfortunately, I have given this place 2 different tries and every time I have experienced the same issue with my order and the employees. So I won't be back! I will go back to driving the 30 minutes for my coffee in the morning! Especially when it comes to the atmosphere of the employees.

SLOWEST I HAVE EVER BEEN TO IN MY LIFE!! And I live in San Francisco IYKYK. Took 30 minutes to get an iced coffee and a basic latte with only two cars in the drive thru and we were inside! Idk who is managing this one but save yourself from their incompetence.

drive-thru can be a little slow but the workers are super nice about it, drinks we ordered were accurate and yummy!
