Starbucks

Cashier was rude and dismissive. We had waited in the drive thru for just over ten minutes when we made it to the window and she took payment. We sat there for another minute and then I asked about how much longer it would be. The cashier shrugged her shoulders and rudely stated there had been 12 orders ahead of me. I understand the business but I don’t under the customer service. I left without my drinks and called for a refund.

We waited forever in the drive through just to get rude service and terrible drinks. Additionally, the employee rolled their eyes at my boyfriend when he ask for an extra shot in his drink. I used to love this store, which is why I have 2 instead of 1 but the quality was terrible.

Really disheartening that you no longer do free pup cups without a purchase. I got a coffee from you earlier and then swung back by omw home just to ask for a couple of pup cups to take to my doggos. Barista informed me it was against policy. I would have gotten them earlier with my coffee but they would have melted! It’s giving icky corporate greed vibes. I stopped at Dutch Bros instead after and they gave me free pup cups no purchase necessary.

This is my favorite Starbucks location, I will drive by several other Starbucks locations just to get to this one lol the staff is always so friendly and everything is always so clean! They left a sweet note on my coffee today and it’s little touches like that that make them special!

Used to love going here but as a couple other reviews said the quality has gone downhill so much. For example my bf loves their refreshers but not the inclusions. Every time we order any drink there's either inclusions in it or your modifications are wrong or ignored (IE you get a regular refreser with water instead of lemonade like you paid for.) I've noticed they keep changing staff as well so I almost wonder if they just keep firing employees or having them quit for some reason. The staff from last year were amazing, never let anything happen like this. Once in a while maybe but they would always take it back and fix it. Now they just kind of give you a glare depending on who you get and if you ask for Sriracha or anything to go with your food it's hit or miss on if you get it. Don't ge
