Cannery Creamery

What could be a really neat place is, unfortunately, a huge disappointment. Upon our visit here, you find as many flavors that are out as there are available. Tacky hand written paper signs all over telling you the fountain drinks are out of order, and several others things, unavailable and not working. They try to make things fun with names and colors, but unfortunately, it's still just average ice cream with some add ins. We left with no desire to return or recommend this place.

Love coming to this classic location for ice cream! The flavors are all really good from what I’ve had! They rotate there flavors so you have to come try the new flavors when they are in! Tried strawberry lemonade and the classic Oreo!

I have been wanting to try Cannery Creamery for a long time. I live an hour away, so I finally got to the chance to try it. Unfortunately, it was highly disappointing! First of all, it was so confusing trying to figure out where to park. I don’t even know if I parked in the right place or not so I just parked across the street. And then when we walked in, they only had six flavors and one Italian ice flavor. When we went to order two Italian ice cups they said they only had enough for one small. The flavors that they had available were really boring so I ended up just getting a vanilla sundae. But they didn’t even have any regular toppings like hot fudge or caramel so I opted to get Oreos, chocolate chips, and caramel bits. That was a bad idea. I don’t know why they offer chocolate chips

This place should be worthy of veneration. On the recommendation of a friend of a friend we went here and we were not disappointed. The ice cream flavors are very unique and absolutely delicious. I got the medium with both the seasonal flavor Peppered Plum Pistachio and the standard Honey Lavender. They were both fantastic! My wife got Pistachio and Dairy Free Key Lime Pie and I was able to try a bit of both. They too were great! Now in addition to the excellent flavors this place has great atmosphere. It's in a building that's over a hundred years old and they've taken care to effectively complement its natural esthetic with unique furniture, a fireplace, and some art. If you have to drive an hour to go visit this place do it! It's worth it!

This place was a great way to close out a family outing! Super cute ice cream shop. The inside was large with lots of places to sit. The ice cream itself is velvety smooth and very rich. The favorite was the double Oreo and the birthday cake. We also got the lemon, strawberry, and pistachio.
