I arrived 20 minutes before closing and waited for nearly 10 minutes, but nobody showed up to take my order
The worker was really slow which is fine but he had an attitude. He has a bleach buzzcut. Do not recommend the service is bad. Stood in line for 20 minutes just for a muffin. I asked kindly for him to charge me and he responded with an attitude. In front of my little sister too.
So I some how ordered the wrong thing and had no problem returning it for the right coffee and they even special requested my request to not use regular milk or oat milk , but to use almond or coconut milk which they did so and my frappuccino came out great so I am giving a solid five star rating....
Never fail to treat customers way better. Excellent service and ALL staff! Extra brilliant star to Lou, Rey, Nick and Jasmine ( my Hello Kitty buddy)! And a good hot latte is a plus❤️
I'll Starbucks can eat a fat popsicle. Been there so many times to get a black coffee and they can't get that right. Try to order a black coffee and they look at you like you're from another planet. It's not just this Starbucks it's all of them. Places with colder weather definitely understand good coffee because Starbucks sucks. I really wish there was a way to give less than one star
