I needed a loan modification done before the end of the year and my mortgage company mailed me some documents that required a Notary. I have NO idea what to do when it comes to this stuff. I looked up a local professional and Jackie popped up! She answered on the first ring and we met at a Starbucks nearby. I handed her my envelope, she checked everything out guiding me through the process, and I’m done. It was also a lot cheaper than I expected it to be for it being so convenient! I will use her services again ☺️
