Absolutely amazing Mexican food, for my fellow vegans they have a full separate vegan menu! The quality is fantastic, friendly staff and love the decorating and style inside! Would definitely come here again!

Friendly! The owner was greeting us at the front door. Vegan and GF Mole enchiladas were to die for!!! It had jackfruit for protein and a creamy sweet chocolate 🍫 sauce. Mmmm. 😋 Kid friendly. Everything, including the spicy salsa, was made fresh. I took the vegan and GF pozole home and added lemon and ate it with corn tortillas and it was delicious.🤤 They do not serve alcohol. Kids had a tasty guava drink, very fresh. Across the street is the notorious William S. Hart park. Excellent location, food, and activity! Thank you.☺️

La Charrita is a culinary treasure! Just yesterday, we tried their Chile Rellenos and Enchiladas en Mole, each bursting with rich, authentic flavors. Impressed by the taste, we came back for lunch today to explore more of their vegan offerings. We opted for the Enchiladas Suizas, Albóndigas, and Ceviche de Coliflor, all from their impressive vegan menu. Each dish was delicious, blending traditional Mexican flair with innovative vegan creativity. La Charrita isn't just a dining spot; it's a journey of flavors that beautifully showcases the art of vegan Mexican cuisine.

Santa Clarita’s best, highest quality, home style Mexican restaurant. The food is second to none, with tons of great vegan options. The service is friendly. The parking is limited, and the space is small, but it doesn’t get better than this for fresh, great Mexican food in the SCV.

Don’t get freaked out when you the outside from the Restaurant the inside is pretty and the food is pretty good. Very vegetarian friendly.
