Starbucks

This Starbucks location was doing the Bearista giveaway today—and I won! Huge thank-you to the barista who told me about the giveaway and mentioned that the Hello Kitty merch is coming back. When I arrived, the staff even cheered me on. Their customer service is amazing! I am definitely coming back.

The women here are very rude. They took my name down incorrectly, I patiently waited for 15 min for my order and then I went to the cashier to ask about it she points me to the mobile pick up rolls her eyes and says that order has been sitting there for 10 min. I did not order mobile pickup and the name was taken down incorrectly how do you get the name Jordan when I said Joy. In the very least apologize for the mistake and move on there is no need to be rude simply because you cannot understand what was spoken to you

In Myrtle Beach for the winter. Stopped in Thursday morning for coffee at this Starbucks. The small shorter blonde barista I'd never seen before who helped me was friendly and made a great drink. Very polite. Unfortunately, the other employee working with her was extremely rude. Openly nitpicking and talking down to to the girl helping me. Literally unashamedly bullying this poor barista. She even called her “dumb American woman” under her breath right in front of me. Seriously? I asked for her name from someone else later on and was told it is "Nastey." How fitting. Won’t be back.

Stopped in for a couple London Fogs while shopping. The store was cozy, the music was pleasant, the staff was a delight, & the drinks were purrfect. Short visit but I thoroughly enjoyed myself. Thanks!

This is my absolute favorite Starbucks in the MB area. Working at the mall, even on my day off I will go out of my way to park and walk in to get my items from this store. The employees are always so nice to talk to in a genuine way and not in a fake customer service way. They take the time to know their regulars and I love that!! The store is so cute too with their boards about employees. It really gives off that they take care in where they work and who comes in!! <3
