I had an amazing experience at the Morehead Starbucks that completely changed how I feel about my go-to drink. I’ve always ordered the same thing, but it never tasted quite right, and no one ever took the time to help me figure out why, until now. Adam, one of the employees, went above and beyond to help me. He took the time to explain the difference between iced coffee and cold brew, recommended something new, and told me to trust him. I’m so glad I did, the drink he had them make was perfect, and now I’ll never order it any other way. Beyond that, Adam was incredibly friendly, personable, and just an all-around great person to talk to. He even knew about the small town I’m from, small world! Usually have a decent experience, but for some reason today just wasn’t their day. i mobile ordered this drink, that shows strawberry puree as an add on. they first tried to hand it out without puree, i told her it was supposed to have it. she remade it, but forgot caramel crunch topping that’s right on the sticker. i wouldn’t mind usually but im literally paying for it? and didn’t receive it. plus doubled my time at the window because it wasn’t made right the first time. what’s the use in ordering in the app to make it faster and for the extras to be on the label for it to not be acknowledged? i spent like $7 on this drink, id like everything i pay for

Great location and staff is quick and efficient. Be careful on the access road to the location, lot of nasty potholes. Coffee is always good.

Horrible experience. I waited for my coffee for 10 mins then they asked what I was waiting for. They had a printer issue and forgot to make my coffee. They then made my coffee and made it incorrectly. Little to no apology and zero communication. Take care of your customer that’s in front of you and speak to each other.

Whoever was running the store on Friday January 2nd 2026 had an excellent crew. I was in there both times once in early afternoon and once later towards the evening. Very professional staff even in the midst of a very busy wave of customers
