Starbucks

This is a nice Starbucks. The parking is ok. Pretty standard for a smaller location. Very nice people working there. The service is fast and attentive. The store is also very clean inside which is a big plus. I always enjoy stopping by here when I'm in Milford. I look forward to stopping by again soon.

Around 4:30 PM, I stopped by this Starbucks and asked for a cup of ice. I was told I needed to be a paying customer, which I completely understand. I even offered to pay for the cup of ice, but I was denied and told I could buy a coffee if I wanted the cup. Is this really how customers are treated? I explained that I had already made two purchases earlier that morning and offered to show my receipt. The employee, Chris, initially agreed to check it, but then refused, saying that because my purchase was from 10 AM, it didn’t count and I was “not a paying customer.” This experience was incredibly disappointing. I visit this location daily and support this business regularly, yet the one time I needed something as simple as a cup of ice, I was refused, even after offering to pay for it and

Completely in love with the way they make my Vanilla Bean Frappuccino 💕 Service is excellent. The atmosphere is beyond chill. Plenty of dining space or areas to hold small meetings or have a date 💋 Go there weekly and am satisfied 😌

This Starbucks is decent but not particularly outstanding. The baked goods often don’t look fresh and are mostly out of stock by the time I get here, and while the service is fine, it’s nothing exceptional.

I understand why they have to prioritize the drive through but dang, I waited 15 minutes inside, after I ordered a bacon egg n cheese and triangle pastry I thought was a scone but tasted like cornbread with blueberries in it. Staff was pleasant and warmed my cornbread thing. Both were delicious.
