I don't frequent this particular Starbucks but the current staff is great. They're friendly, attentive, and make you feel welcomed! Keep it up!! P.S. Try an iced shaken espresso with vanilla sweet cream sometime. It's my favorite "go to" drink!

It seems this location is under new management because the service has gone from quite good to garbage.
I had a mobile order for just a cheese danish. It was 10 minutes late because they just kept talking behind the counter. When I finally got their attention I got my pastry within 20 seconds. Why was it so late?
1st visit: My drink was “stolen”? Took another 12 minutes to get a replacement. Place was a mess. 2nd visit was better: Drink came up on time barista was friendly. Place was still a mess. Seating is weird and crowded. I can see how it would be hard to keep it seeming to be neat.
