Popped in for their delicious sugar cookie latte with oat milk - simply the best! Drive thru was insanely long but inside was quick and easy.

I completely understand the algorithm and what these surveys mean as far as the overall success of the management, team members and bonus structure. This is why I rated 5 stars. However, I decided to treat myself to Starbucks after shopping in target. I asked the young female employee ( who was on her 15 min break.).. I knew this because that's how she answered my question when I asked if this is where I place my order. But she actually was making a declaration of her break rather then actually speaking too me. A young gentleman came to the counter and proceeded to be extremely professional and was a pleasure to speak too. I wish I got their names. But the rude one didn't have glasses on. I had a horrible customer service experience today. While ordering my coffee Grande Ice Caramel macchiato extra caramel one pack of raw sugar. I think my order is pretty simple and basic. However since the barista was too busy talking about how she was told to bring walking shoes or whatever other conversations was being held my coffee was made wrong! When I asked for extra sugar the barista huffed and puffed so I simply said I do not want it yes I left a $5 coffee already paid for in the counter because I was given poor customer service!
