Starbucks

Today I had a worse experience at this Starbucks location, and unfortunately I will not be coming back again. I ordered my drink online. I come here often and know exactly how my drink should taste. Many times the staff forget to add the classic sugar that is included, which makes the drink not sweet at all. Today the same thing happened again. When I spoke to the manager Sam, instead of helping, she immediately said it was my fault because I didn’t add the classic sugar. I had to show her my order again. After that, she said it was the computer system’s fault, not hers. At no point did she apologize.She treat me as the customer like a gangster , she close the window too hard even I still talk to her . Too terrible . Stood at the counter for 10 minutes before anyone would help. Paid $10 for a cold sandwich and coffee. The manager wasn’t interested in helping Just wanted to pick a fight with me over why I wasn’t being reasonable about wanting creamer so I could leave. Claimed they were short handed . I counted 6 and 2 were just standing there staring at me . Won’t be back.

I received a gift card for my retirement for $120 and I added it to my Starbucks account. The next day it was used by someone in New York. I live in Nebraska and when I called, I was given the run around. Nobody could help me. Customer service was terrible. They told me to reset up a new account. This seems like it could be an inside job.

Consistent quality and friendly customer service. The product is outstanding and they have many great options for food and drink. The location is very clean and relaxing to visit.

Great service every time I stop in. The drinks are great, they come out fast, and the staff is always friendly. One of the better Starbucks locations around!
