Usually this location is great, and all the people are efficient and friendly. Today it was not like that. Today I ordered a grande tea in a venti cup with a side of 2% milk. They gave me the tea and a 'short' of milk. In the cup was maybe 1oz of milk. I asked for more. The girl gave me a weird look, but went to get more. She came back and the 8oz cup was almost half full. I asked for more. She gave me another strange look and went to go talk to someone. I was informed that more would cost $3.25. For 8oz of milk. Yesterday I was given a tall full side of milk for free with my tall tea. Why is a tall(12 oz) free yesterday and a short(8 oz) is 3.25 today? I have 0 issue paying for it, but not if it is a different cost on different days. Either someone is incompetent, or someone is trying to

My mom and I just went there over weekend and We told Andy the manager in drive thru both drinks are going to be Hot . I waited to hear her reponse and she said Yes I understand.. After my first order , She asked if it was Hot or Iced .. I told her We already went over that. she said Yes but she wanted to make sure. Then i order 2nd drink and she again asked if it was hot or iced? I said we have already established this and was irritated. I never yelled but was irritated. She then said she was not going to serve me and my mom any drinks because i was irritated at her playing games with me and kepts asking if they were hot or iced. We started recording on my cell and came up to the drive thru and she handed me a card to call the district manager and we were on our way with no drinks.

This particular store messes up my order 5 times out of 10. They try to remember my order while they're doing other things, and they prove that multitasking is a myth every time I order. Everytime the order starts showing up on the screen as I'm telling them, it miraculously gets made properly, and every time they don't, it doesn't. There's nothing worse than paying a premium price for a sub-par product. Get it together boys and girls.

Okay this is a very nice location, the crew in this store is one of my favorite teams, and they kill it on every visit. And my visits are often. Plenty of seats and plugs for your electronics are available if you need them. Highly recommend you check them out and don't take my favorite seat 😁

I hate it. They not only got my order wrong once but twice this morning. My bf and i ordered 1 grande hot vanilla protein latte and 1 venti iced vanilla protein but they gave us a hot venti instead of ice. We told the workers that we wanted ice for the venti and this time they did gave us venti but only gave plain vanilla latte. This is not the first time…i hate paying for drinks i didn’t order. Do your job right.
