Starbucks

Just wanted to give a shout out to Kinsley and and other two young ladies working day shift on Monday. All three were very inviting and willing to engage with me as a customer. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Great to walk in and see smiles.... Hard to find young people today that even want to work. But these three are the exception..... Great job ladies!!!! Brian (with the white hair).

First off where do I begin, Brianna and Mrs. Suzie are 1000% top notice and so polite and very attentive. Brianna and Mrs. Suzie with their sweet selfs, helped me guide thru the whole coffee experience with me being a new coffee drinker. Brianna and Mrs. Suzie knows their customers very well and is able to guide you thru the best coffee experience you could ever imagine. I will definitely be back solely because of them, they truly are the definition of customer service.

Fella had his hat on where I couldn’t see his eyes or what he was looking at, me or something else. When I bent down to see if he was ready for me to order he said “i see you” without pushing his hat up to make eye contact. He didn’t thank me for my purchase. And then with another employee mocked me for trying to make eye contact. Then none of the employees told me my drink was ready. Also, his name tag was without his name as far as I could see. When did rude behavior become so acceptable. Disappointing interaction.

The manager that runs the Starbucks is the best manager. All employees make the drinks right cause of emily! She's always got a great attitude and greets everyone equally no matter what.

I gave a 5 because normally it is,except this morning 11/3,wow these two ladies didn't know their coffee from their beans! 2 of the easiest coffees and was still not right! This won't stop us from going to Starbucks Lake Lure,I am a resident,I just expect better from a corporate company!
