Starbucks

Very poor service from the two women who prepare the coffee and drinks, "Aisha." But we were delighted with the cashier, "Rose," who was super friendly and nice. Please, let there be more employees like Rose at Starbucks.

Really disappointed with the service. I understand not having the best day or maybe not wanting to work, but I think the manager should adjust positioning and put someone in the window that’s a bit more polite. I think if someone is paying $8 for a coffee, the person taking their order and payment should not make it seem like I was an inconvenience coming in.

Very disappointing. I can’t believe there is a Starbucks store in the U.S. where you can’t even get a cup of hot water without making a purchase. I had already purchased from this store on a workday, and this was the first time I’ve ever experienced something like this. This feels completely against Starbucks’ stated values. It’s hard not to feel that profit matters more than basic kindness. I honestly can’t imagine how “delicious” food can be made without heart.

I came through the drive thru today after a long shopping trip, eager to try a new drink. While the line was a bit long, the employee in the drive thru was so kind and funny. O’Hanna helped me order a “Sugar Cookie Shaken Espresso” that I had seen on Tik Tok. She absolutely made my day and I hope she’s there every time I go!!!

My order is delayed because the order sticker jam in their machine. They didn't ask or care we are waiting. Other customers came and were gone. We had to ask for our orders. They just fixed the machine to find our ticket. No apologies! Not even a word to explain why our order delayed.
