Starbucks

Starbies and new CEO wonder why no one is visiting their stores - despite the 'have your drink in a mug' initiative - (which I've never actually been offered a mug at any location) - - - no one is going to return when you have music blasting intentionally to push customers out of the store as soon as possible. I don't mind a few tunes at decent level, but blasting System of a Down Chop Suey (I'm a big fan, actually) - or other loud hip hop, rap or trap is not conducive to bringing your laptop in, chilling and staying for an hour or two. I have to put on a white noise track paired with ANC just to try and drown out the ridiculously loud music. Staff looks miserable, takes them 2-3 minutes to acknowledge you're a human visiting the store in person, and the vibe just ain't it - especially

By far the rudest Starbucks workers ever encountered. You wait on the longest line possible that moves a miles a minute. To get to the window and stare at your order only to be acknowledged at minimum, 3 minutes after you pull up. This is the line problem. And can’t believe I’m even writing a Starbucks review but this place is so terrible it deserves one

Rude manager (Shes not here at the time im writing this review). Music is always BLASTING.This is a starbucks, not a rave. but sometimes I fear management doesnt understand that. I have wrath. When I ask to turn the music down, they refuse (and I do so EVERY SINGLE TIME I AM HERE). Music wont stop from the pictured corner.

Nice enough setup, don't miss the entrance there is no connection to other lots. They also put too much soap in mop water so it was sticky but super slick when wet. Drinks okay, staff happy to see regulars new people not as much.

This Starbucks is kind of new in the Hazlet. The oat milk coffee with cinnamon and syrup 😋 is delicious. This is a cold drink not hot and the white eggs bites are amazing. Highly recommended. The bathroom is big, well lit and clean.
