Starbucks

The drink was made slightly wrong, but as someone with Starbucks experience I understand that espresso shots with customizations can be particular and somewhat complicated. That’s not my main gripe- the working conditions are. At 3:30pm on 3/4 I ordered 1 drink, pulled up to the drive thru with 1 person with a simple order in line. The guy working was nice, but obviously under some influence and noticeably disorganized. He also seemed to be the only employee there, which is completely unfair considering his state (probably shouldn’t even be working.) The wait time was about 15 minutes. This experience wasn’t the worst, but there’s poor management and unprofessionalism that can be improved.

Great service and fast excellent workers

Horrible i try and not goso much to this one but it's on the way to work at night. The (KIDS) In there playing around to damn much they don't listen to my order 😐 I asked for something so simple a black coffee with hazelnut syrup and some half in half in side they don't get it right oh and twice the coffee had a burt taste ugh. Second beverage was a Soy Chai latte 😋 didn't do that gave me whole milk 😑 I found another one a little bit more up on pch and western I will be going there from here on.
