I feel really bad leaving a low review, especially because the people are nice and the building is clean, the service is speedy, but there's an issue with them paying attention to "milk" options when they make drinks. I'm very very lactose intolerant, so I've always had to get a plant milk, for years. I'd say about 1 out of 3 visits, my drink is made using milk even though I order it without cow milk, and it even shows that on the cup ticket. So the person at the register always enters it correctly but the baristas I guess don't double check or pay attention? It got to the point that I just started to get refreshers or something from the non dairy section exclusively. Whenever I take a chance on the regular menu, my drink is made wrong using actual milk. It only happens at this location,

This was my first time visiting this place, and as a regular Starbucks customer, I was very disappointed with how we were treated. The café was fully packed when we arrived, and it took us a couple of minutes to find seats as people were leaving. Shortly after we sat down, the manager approached us in a very unfriendly and stern tone, insisting that we “have to order.” I understand that some people may sit for hours without ordering, but as paying customers deserve patience and courtesy, it’s unprofessional to pressure guests the moment they sit down. A better approach would be to ensure policies are enforced respectfully and with understanding, not with hostility. So, I decided to go inside Goose Creek location where I live - drive thru busy. I ordered a Matcha Frappuccino with whip and Carmel drizzle. So, this was my third time in the last three months that I gave this location a try. The Iced Mocha was less than desirable, the English Muffin was chewing gum over heated - this was the drive thru GC. Second visit drive thru the Iced Mocha still lack a desire to order again. So, third time inside, no greeting, frustrated cashier, employees moving like robots, displays were nice, restroom was clean. Ppl were in the lobby area, working and chatting, my drink was set out on the counter my name wasn’t called. So, it was also less than expected. This Starbucks cares about its customers a lot. We frequently get pup cups and they are always so loving and inviting! We look forward to our visits here because they are always great to talk to and they make the drinks so good!

Worst Starbucks ever! Order a venti hot drink and a grande cold brew. Was charged for both. Received a grande hot drink asked them to replace it for a venti. They dumped my grande into my venti cup. I didn’t notice until leaving because I’m not a Karen. I also very politely asked if they would give me change for cash. My plan was to give them a 10$ tip for doing so. Do the next right thing the next right thing will come. She said there’s no way to do that. Not true. Was okay with that until they charged me for something I didn’t receive. Been going to Starbucks for 25 years and will never be going back to this one. Absolutely ridiculous
