Chick-fil-A

Customer Service is phenomenal from start to finish. But I going to take away some points. I've noticed on a very consistent bases that when I order from THIS Chick Fil A in particular, they always in some way get something wrong. Usually it doesn't bother me, but this is happening on such a consistent basis now it's hard to ignore. Guys, if you, in this economy ,are going to raise prices AND decrease portion sizes then the least you can do is get someone's order right. No they don't have to be there but they are still paying for a service. I get it, people make mistakes. But this is happening every time I go there now.

A wonderful store and they were so gracious about handling an allergy I had forgotten to tell them about by remaking the food. The blonde shift and teenage boy in the drive thru tonight were wonderful and I wish I had gotten their names. Always a 10/10 experience here.

Normally I have nothing but good to say about Chick-fil-A, but I got my normal chicken noodle soup tonight here in the drive thru and when I took the first bite, it felt like Hell fed me a jalapeño. Not sure if the chicken soup is now spicy chicken soup, would love to have clarification from Chick fil A because I’ll stop getting it because tonight I wasted my money and had already drove home. I had a few bites to make sure it wasn’t a fluke and my lips have melted off my face. What happened to normal chicken noodle soup?? 😔

Excellent set up on customer service. This place is in the HUB of a very busy business environment. They had everything set up, depending on your order..you can call ahead and order. Covid 19 was in place, with social distant, mask, air flow, outdoor Precautions. Very nice and polite, the food was hot, and didn't have to wait to long.

To start off with, they do not have mobile pickup through app. Waited for order, I reached into bag to pull a waffle fry out and it was still icy and cold. I showed the employee before leaving; she gave me a replacement. Then I get back to my hotel room, and sitting in the original bag, inside the box. Walking store to hotel room is two miles according to google maps. . I found a ear wing crawling inside box. See photos. Edit. I have ordered here again because Chick-fil-A sent me a coupon, but seriously with fries!?!? What is up? This is by far the worst Chick-fil-A I have ever visited. They are constantly jacking orders up. I have to rely on this store for DoorDash. I have received multiple orders of fries that look exactly like this.
