This Starbucks is usually my go to spot during the week, however the people they have at the window need customer service training-it has gone downhill since they opened. Pulling up to the window and being met with an attitude as if you’re inconveniencing them is inappropriate. On multiple occasions, I’ve visited this location and Sam is rude and has an attitude every time ( I asked for a straw for my drink and she rolled her eyes). If you hate your job so much, find another.
