Consistently good! Staff was working hard to service the line of waiting customers. Clean and well organized. A great value as well! So much to choose from we rarely select the same item twice!

I had an amazing experience at Ralphs in Smithtown! Their spumoni is absolutely delicious—creamy, flavorful, and packed with that perfect mix of pistachio and chocolate. It’s hands-down the best I’ve ever had! What truly made this special was the owner/staffs incredible customer service. They went above and beyond to personally deliver my order to my home when I couldn’t make it to the store. Such a kind gesture. Highly recommend this gem for anyone craving authentic Italian ice!

I’ve never tasted your ice cream (yet) but I placed an online Uber order for my husband and I just wanna say thank you for making the note so cute and perfect. I love you guys already. To whoever wrote it and put the little hearts- let’s be friends LOL Ps. He loved it and inhaled it lol thank you so much! I’ll have to try one day.

Great team of really sweet staff. The soft serve at every location I've had is so consistently creamy and delicious. Love it!
