I absolutely love Starbucks, and I haven’t found another coffee place that I enjoy as much. I’m not the type of person to have one bad experience and write off a business completely. That being said, this location has now had its third strike with me. I’m not sure what their policy is for the order in which drinks are made, but it probably needs to be updated. You would think drinks would be made in the order they come in. Three separate times now, weeks apart, I’ve ordered a coffee on the app for pickup. I live 15 minutes away, so I always order before I leave my house, giving them plenty of time to make a cold brew. I understand that ordering ahead doesn’t guarantee my drink will be ready the moment I walk in, but every single time I’ve had to wait an additional 10+ minutes after the 15

definitely not worth going to anymore, not only does the point system not work, theyll upcharge you for the issue and then youll spend $20 just for the workers inside to be untrained, so lost and chaotic theyre making multiple orders at once so that they end up mixing up the drinks, my white chocolate mocha with peppermint literally tasted like dirty dish water and i am beyond livid. frankly theyre lucky the cops were sitting outside the stores door. and customer service doesn't exist for starbucks at all what so ever.
