The Good Bake Bagel Kitchen

Wow! What a gem! If you are within 50 miles stop, or find a reason to come to Williamston and shop, see the theater or a movie! The Good Bake is wonderful. Small shop, best bagels in Michigan since Detroit Institute of Bagels closed. Creative flavors, perfect bagels, many local ingredients from the local farmers market. Open Thursday, Friday and Saturday 7am to 2pm. They also have bagel sandwiches and Michigan sodas, specialty coffees and excellent iced tea. Bagels are chewy on the inside crisp on the outside. This is a family operation. Wendy and kids are behind the counter and Jim is in the kitchen baking bagels. The menu is built around themes. Halloween this weekend. Come early. They do run out of some flavors as the day progresses.

I went to this bagel shop the other day with pretty low expectations. I haven’t been able to find any good bagels in the area but this place exceeded my expectations. The bagels are chewy and flavourful. I particularly enjoyed their pretzel bagels. I really wanted to try their rosemary bagels but they were all out when I got there. This is a great local establishment that deserves your support.

Some of the best bagels in Michigan! We have bagels from here every time we are nearby seeing family. They have a rotating menu with unique bagel and cream cheese flavors you can’t find anywhere else. Highly recommend!

Super cute bagel shop! Highly recommend the banana split , rosemary and my husband got the first ever “home alone” .

The best local bagel shop hands down! I've been a fan for a while, and visitor every weekend! They are so creative with their featured Bagels and spreads! The salt stick is the closest I've found to the former Bagel Haul Deli recipe from my childhood! The new addition of craft coffees and teas is great as well. I actually look forward to the weekend for my bagel run 😂
