Too busy on their phones to focus on the orders. It was rude just how he didn’t care that we all saw him consistently stopping making drinks to text on his phone

I’ve been there multiple mornings and had to wait an hour for my order. Whoever the blonde girl named Connie is, she is slow, complains about not having help and how they never stock nothing, on top of her being new! I went in yesterday and again she’s the only one there. I stood at the counter for 15 minutes before she even said anything to me and then said it’s gonna be a while there’s 7 orders in front of you. Starbucks either needs to get her help or put someone in there that knows what they are doing. The one time she did actually make my order she looked at me like she had no clue how to make a basic iced mocha

I went in this morning 12-6 around 8:30 am I had unfortunately made a mistake and put the wrong store for pick up in Tennessee for some reason 😝 the guy working was super friendly and nice and offered to make my drink anyways and made it perfect Thank you so much

I am a regular customer at this location, sometimes several times a week. This morning I stopped in to get my daughter a drink, she always orders a Venti, no ice strawberry açaí lemonade and they always fill it all the way up to the top. Not just this location but everywhere we’ve been!! Today they only filled it halfway up in the barista, was ready to explain when she saw the look on my face. I know it’s not their fault as she stated they are cracking down on management. But I even asked her to top it off with ice and the liquid still did not come all the way to the top. She would not fill it up. I paid for a Venti, and got a tall size of product. I got ripped off. And my daughter was hugely disappointed. I will start going to a different location if this Starbucks feels like this is how
