Starbucks, Starbucks Starbucks, listen this spot in Tuscaloosa, Alabama is the best spot in Alabama. The people inside are INCREDIBLE, like super nice no matter how busy they be, they never get stressed, well they probably do tbh, but they definitely never show it. Dude a lot of times they are EXTREMELY busy but your coffee taste like you’re the only one their serving. I only get like 4 different coffees I’m vegan so I love the options being vegan.

Such a lovely Starbucks location. The entire team was warm, efficient, and genuinely kind during our visits. I especially want to compliment the young man who washed our personal cups two days in a row without hesitation and prepared the drinks so beautifully, the coffee was not only perfect, but styled so aesthetically it truly made the experience feel special. Small details like that don’t go unnoticed. You can tell this team takes pride in their work and in creating a welcoming atmosphere. Thank you for the consistency, care, and calm energy! It was exactly what we needed during our stay.

Efficient and Friendly!! I stopped at this Starbucks location recently while in the Tuscaloosa area for business. I'm an early riser and loved the fact that this Starbucks was open very early. Although the Drive-Thru was full of cars, the staff inside took my order quickly and I received both of my modified coffees in under five minutes. The location is clean, well-stocked, and well-staffed and the staff are friendly and professional.

Not an inch bad! Summer Berry Lemonade Refresher was tasty and crispy Grilled cheese on Sourdough was crunchy levels of yummy

Our drinks were delivered in a PAPER SACK. My drink was half empty and all in the bag yet the lid was on so was the security tab over the straw opening. It was litteraly pouring out of the bag all over my porch. A $14 drink spilled all in the bag. I just want to know who puts 2 drinks in a paper sack and expects it to get delivered properly? (REPLY) to Starbucks comment. I was told to request a refund and then to order another one with the refund. So very helpful & thoughtful 👏
