Come to oder some egg bites and a matcha they didnt have venti cups wouldn't let me get the trenta cup due to them being out of venti so was stuck with a grande the company should have give me the next size up do to the negligence of not having the right supply then the drink come out like this

Dear Starbucks Customer Service, I am writing to share an unpleasant experience I recently had at your drive-thru. When placing my order, I explained clearly how I wanted my drink and even offered to repeat it to ensure accuracy. The employee, Hanna, said it was fine, but when I received the order, it was incorrect. When I politely let her know, she appeared visibly upset and unhappy. Instead of correcting the mistake smoothly, she charged me for the incorrect drink and then charged me again for the one I had originally asked for at the same amount. For me, this is not about the money, but about the way I was treated as a customer. The lack of courtesy and professionalism made the experience very unpleasant, and it does not reflect the standard of service I’ve come to expect from Starbu

Always a Treat to visit Starbucks! I have recently been battling a terrible "Summer Cold" and someone recommended the special Secret Menu 'Medicine Ball' drink which is basically a Honey Mint Citrus Tea, and I'm so glad they did!! It definitely has helped ease my symptoms and warm my sore throat. My favorite go-to for food is the Vanilla Bean Custard Danish and The Bacon Egg and Cheese Crossaint. The staff are always polite and helpful and greet you upon entry.

This Starbucks is one of the most well run locations I have ever been to. Everyone that works there provides exceptional service, they are courteous and most of all they are happy. My order comes out the same every time and that is so appreciated! Thank you!

It's ok. Easy to get to. Coffee was just ok. Parking available.
