Starbucks Coffee Company

Nowadays my sister and I go to Starbucks as a treat and not regularly like we used to. This morning we walked in and was greeted with smiles, kindness and professionalism. Our servers were YaYa (in photo) and Kate. Ask for them and tell them "The Lim Twins" sent you! They were exceptional, took care of our orders, and went beyond excellent customer service! Thank you!

This store is incredible! I always get great service when coming here. The staff is friendly and Store Manager Raquel is doing a fantastic job running this location. District Manager Tamiesha should be proud of this location! This is now my go-to store.

You will wait 25+ minutes for your order every time. I think the longest it took one time was 40 minutes. I work over here so that's I come. The coffee is nasty so I get tea only now no sugar because it's safe. nice staff but there's NO management here

I don't write bad reviews often, and this location definitely should have gotten a few from me. It's been a few months since my last time there, and it's like a completely different store. The staff is a lot friendlier, and my food was made quickly and correctly.

Went here and the coffee machine was down, no problem at all as they offered to make me an americano. I left a tip because I know what it’s like when machines are down in the service industry. Proceeded to wait for 25 minutes while each of them looked over at me and served multiple other people Who had much more complex drinks. I ended up having to leave because I couldn’t wait any longer (work). I’m not sure if they just didn’t wanna serve me? But either way It was too difficult to make me a black americano… so congrats, they stole over four dollars from a middle class working American around the holidays. Maybe they need it more than I do.
