Tubby’s Sub Shop

recently moved our office at the beginning of June and have been on the hunt for great lunch spots nearby. I love going out to eat for lunch, so when I saw there was a Tubby’s just up the street, I knew I had to check it out. One thing I’ve always appreciated about Tubby’s is how consistent they are—no matter which location you go to, you can count on a great experience. This spot made me laugh a little because I’m pretty sure it used to be a Subway, but now it’s serving up something way better! I went with my go-to order: the regular steak and cheese with french fries and a drink—and of course, I had to get that Tubby’s sauce, which is absolutely delicious. Never seen a sandwich so thick and full of meat, but so clean at the same time lol 🤣. At first, I thought they played me on my meat. Oh it’s there. Customer service was so great. And had a free punch card

Came here at 8:30pm before they closed. The gentleman making our food gave us AMAZING service. My wife and I are from Grand Rapids but grew up in the area and always tell her next time we are in the area we HAVE to get Tubby’s. As usual, did not disappoint. Huge respect to the gentleman running the cash register and the grill. Great service and great food. 15/10 would recommend.

My favorite subs and especially the Philly cheese steak. These guys go over and beyond and you always catch them after hours and they are more than happy to fire the grill and make the sandwich for you. This is a new tubby’s location and they are doing so well already. Keep up the good work.

This is the best tubby’s location I’ve tried. Food came out fresh and tasted amazing. I got the steak and cheese sub with fries. Service was excellent. Restauraunt was very clean. I will definitely come back! 5/5 stars!
