I visit this location twice weekly, around 5:30-6:00 a.m., to work before my day begins, and I usually ask for warm water with two honey packs. However, on this occasion, manager Ervin denied me the warm water, claiming I hadn't made a purchase. I was surprised since I have been coming for about two months, spending roughly $15 each week, and always asked for warm water 30-45 minutes before my coffee order. I explained this to him, he then “stated he”ll give it to me this one time. I strongly believe I was racially profiled, as he mentioned he had never seen me before, and that since January, a new policy requires customers to buy something before requesting water and this was the first time I was made awareof tjis Because of this experience, Iwill NEVER purchase from this location again.

Came in at 10am on a Saturday. Excellent service and quality. No wait. Very clean! Thank you for a fantastic Starbucks experience in north Houston / The Woodlands! Highly recommend this location.

I love everyone here. I come here almost every morning and the morning team are amazing. They remember you by your name (not just me, I've heard them refer to so many customers by their name as they walk in) and is upbeat and cheerful. They are all so polite and friendly. I LOVE it here. Starbucks is so lucky to have this team!

I stop by here in the early hours for matcha. This location is busy from opening - as you can imagine, quite convenient location for commuters. The staff offers speedy and friendly service. I appreciate the thoughtful messages they've been putting on the cups recently. I give 3 stars because it's the 3rd time they either missed my sweetener or used the wrong type milk 😥 I could have asked for a remake, but I order in advance for a reason... I don't want to wait. Would appreciate more attention to details.

How do you draw an alían on someone’s cup for how they look!?? Well that’s what I got from this store I know I’m not pretty but I don’t look like a freaking alien! Talked to the manager he was nice but I think is wrong and whoever drew this will get what they deserved, don’t forget it if you read this, and yes I felt discriminated I might sound like an alien hope that super power that they have comes to my hands haha
