After a wonderful experience at the Tomball location I came here to redeem my birthday reward!! The server Jesse was super welcoming and friendly! He never rushed us and answered any questions we had regarding the menu. Now the food was absolutely delicious. I ordered the Bear Breakfast with blueberry pancakes, 2 sausage links, and scrambled eggs. The blueberries included in the pancake were a perfect balance between tart and sweet! They complimented the sweet cream pancakes very well!!! The breakfast club was also a good savory choice. It is on the saltier side due to all the fixings and the parmesan cheese crust, but it was delicious nonetheless!! Black Bear Diner in The Woodlands feels like a cozy mountain cabin dropped right into Texas 🏔️🪵. If you love that out-west, lodge-in-the-woods vibe, this place nails it. I ordered a big breakfast plate with blueberry pancakes 🫐🥞, three eggs 🍳, cheesy hash browns with grilled onions 🧀🧅, six strips of bacon 🥓, biscuit and gravy, plus orange juice 🍊 and Nicaraguan coffee ☕. The blueberry pancakes were the star, buttery, fresh, and packed with flavor — easy 10/10 😋. Eggs were cooked just right, another 10/10. Bacon was a solid 8/10, flavorful and satisfying. Hash browns were good but a little too crispy for me, 7/10. Biscuit and gravy hit the spot, gravy 8/10, biscuit 7/10. The Nicaraguan coffee was smooth and nutty with a hint of chocolate, 9/10 — perfect for a slow “mountain morning” 🌄. Serv

What an amazing place! It has a very relaxed atmosphere with a lovely staff that goes out of their way to make sure that you're well taken care of. The food was so fabulous that we went back again for dinner on the same day! The prices are very reasonable, and it's a great value for the money! Five 🌟 all around!

This is a great place for a big gathering! We went for a birthday and loved the breakfasts—they are truly delicious, just be warned that the portions are massive, making them perfect for sharing. The bright bear decorations add a unique and cheerful ambiance. While the restaurant was packed, the short waitlist of only 20-30 minutes kept things moving smoothly.

I finally got a chance to try this place. I see what people mean about the big portions! Large pancakes! I’ll have to work out twice as much tomorrow! Fun atmosphere, bears everywhere, engravings, pictures, stuffed animals… good coffee, good food and good service. Veteran Discount. Appreciate y’all! Recommended
