Starbucks Coffee Company

Came in at 8:14 pm tried to order a latte and she said she didn’t have coffee only refreshers because her equipment was all in the wash. Like what ? Why close at 9 then. Asked for a chocolate croissant and she said she couldn’t warm it up. So she was pretty much closed!

I don't usually post a review but today is different. Sent my husband to get my usual Caramel macchiatto with oatmilk. The cashier gave such attitude that my 10 year old even notice. The order was wrong and we're upset that my husband let them know. When I received my coffee it was horrible, had no taste other than burnt milk. So I went to let them know. I didn't go with attitude because I know it can happen. But when I let them know, the worker was like there is no label on the cup. I told her that is how you gave it to my husband, mind you we were in vons shopping. I asked her do I need to get him or the receipt, she said no and would make a new one. I said thank you to her. The other girl (the cashier) was like "now what's wrong with it" and rolled her eyes. Mind you I know people can

I tried to place an order and was told they were closed, even though it was still within business hours. There seems to be one employee in particular who is often closing early, which makes it hard to rely on this location.

What is going on with our Starbucks... I come often but today I had the most unwelcoming service by antasia. The tone and rude attitude for being in customer service is bad. Unprofessional. Please train the staff to know how to greet, speak to customers. Customer service with friendly welcoming attitudes is worth a million bucks. This shop has gotten better. Their servers are more pleasant. The drinks need to be slowed down a bit and made a bit more tasty coming with no haste to get them out so quickly. But overall live their drive through. 👍 Keep improving. Thank you for your service.
